Outlook 97 Introduction

Course Length/Prerequisites

This one course requires proven competency with Windows 95 or NT Workstation.
Who Should Attend?

This course is designed for personnel who will be using Outlook 97 to handle their E-mail tasks, and schedule appointments and meetings.
Course Objectives

Upon completion of this hands-on workshop, students will be able to:
identify the various elements of the MS Exchange window
send, read, print and delete mail messages
reply to and forward mail
use Cc and Bcc
attach files to messages
use folders to manage mail
use Public and Personal Address Books
use special features such as Spell Checker, AutoSignature, Inbox Assistant and Out of Office Assistant
schedule appointments and meetings
maintain a list of tasks and a list of contents
