This one course requires proven competency with Windows 95 or NT Workstation.

This course is designed for personnel who will be using Outlook 97
to handle their E-mail tasks, and schedule appointments and meetings.
Course Objectives
Upon completion of this hands-on workshop, students will be able to:
identify the various elements of the MS Exchange window
send, read, print and delete mail messages
reply to and forward mail
use Cc and Bcc
attach files to messages
