Course Overview and Purpose
Outlook 2002 is an integrated communications and task management package.
This 1-2 day course is an introduction to e-mail and scheduling appointments,
tasks and meetings. The focus of this course will be on managing e-mail,
tasks, meeting requests and maintaining a list of contacts.
Prerequisites
Students should be familiar with the use of PC's and understand basic
Windows concepts (such as the use of folders for storing information).
It is recommended that users who are unfamiliar with Windows complete
the PC and Windows Introduction course before studying Outlook.

- Viewing Folders
- Managing E-mail Messages
- Address Book
- Organizing Mail
