Course Overview and Purpose

Access 2000 is a powerful database application that runs under Windows 95/98/2000/XP or Windows NT. The purpose of this two-day course is to enhance database skills and learn basic Access programming techniques (including setting relationships between tables, creating complex queries and forms, and using macros and Visual Basic to tie objects together in an application).

Prerequisites

Students should be familiar with the basic techniques for building tables, relationships, queries, forms and reports in Access. Knowledge of database concepts is assumed.
Moderate typing skills are also required.
