Course Length/Prerequisites
This two day course requires that students be very comfortable with
the use of Access for basic tasks such as creating and using data tables,
forms, queries and reports.
Who Should Attend?
This course is intended for personnel who are comfortable with the
basic operations in Access but wish to produce a database application.
This database application can automate various tasks (using macros)
and can be placed on a network so that it can be utilized by multiple
users.
Course Objectives
Upon completion of this hands-on workshop, students will be able to:
create Access macros
create forms containing buttons that execute useful macros
create forms that contain subforms
create a main form (switchboard)
create a turn-key application that can be installed on a network
create and utilize simple VBA code
create reports that contain subreports
customize a report with VBA code
