Course Length/Prerequisites
This one day course requires familiarity with both the Windows 95 environment
and the World Wide Web as well as keyboarding ability.
Who Should Attend?
This course is designed for people who are interested in attaining
the skills necessary to create, manage and maintain their own World
Wide Web pages using FrontPage 98.
Course Objectives
The goal of this course is to provide an introduction to creating HTML
documents with Front Page 98. Upon completion of this hands-on workshop,
students will be able to:
create HTML documents to be published on the World Wide Web
create webs using the FrontPage templates and wizards
apply character and paragraph formatting in HTML documents using the
FrontPage Editor
manage and maintain a web using the FrontPage Explorer
link HTML documents and create navigation tools for a web
import existing files to the web and convert files to HTML
add inline graphics to HTML documents
create graphical links and use graphics as document backgrounds
modify images and optimize them for use on web pages
configure security settings and publish a web
