Course Length/Prerequisites
This one-day course requires Word Introduction or the equivalent. Students
should be familiar with creating, editing, formatting and printing documents
of moderate complexity as well as the use of tables.
Who Should Attend?
This course is designed for Word users who need to use the programs
more advanced features. Students who have experience using Word
but who have no formal training in its use should consider taking
the Word Fast Pace Introduction course.
Course Objectives
Upon completion of this hands-on workshop, students will be able to:
use fields to automate information in a document
set up the files necessary to produce a mail merge, and create labels
and envelopes
create and use templates for producing standard documents
